Big R accepts returns for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. The returned merchandise must be in as-new condition with tags, packaging intact, unwashed, and unworn. All return shipments are recommended to be made by FedEx or USPS to take advantage of the tracking system. Proof of purchase is required for all cash returns. Without a receipt, the return will be made for the lowest sale price and for in store credit only.
